I've recently become a sampling agent for Moet-Hennessy and it allows me exclusive access to the most exciting events around NYC.
Last week, i was able to treat patrons at Taj and Fisheye to the deliciously smooth taste of Hennessy Black. Hennessy Black is still an awesome cognac, but with a now whopping 86% alcohol content and smooth taste made for cocktail mixing.
Ask your fave bartender to try this recipe for Hennessy Black Berries:
-2 parts Hennessy Black
-3.5 parts Cranberry Juice
-2.5 parts Apple Juice
-1 dash of Lime Juice
